9th January 2025 – (Hong Kong) A mainland Chinese tourist visiting Hong Kong recently made headlines after finding a diamond ring on a shelf in a shopping mall restroom. Rather than keeping it for herself, she took to social media, posting a heartfelt message titled “Another Heartbroken Heiress in the World,” along with images of the ring, in hopes of locating its rightful owner. It was later revealed that the ring is valued at nearly HK$30,000, and her post included 18 photographs taken from various angles, prompting online comments about her evident fondness for diamond jewellery.
